With grooming, the animals are treated according to their characters, their needs, their fears, their bad experiments, their ages or their health issues.

The animals are toilet according to their capacities. A stressed dog, nervous will be made to two in order to desensitize it (method of the positive reinforcement) and more slowly so that it adapts more easily. The goal is to eliminate the muzzles… and to give again confidence with the dog opposite the meeting of grooming by employing the techniques of positive reinforcement in order to desensitize it. A technician trained well with the good equipment in a not-stressing environment will be suited to intervening well with a stressed or aggressive animal. The products (shampoo and rinses) used are top-of-the-line products, without detergent agent in order not to damage peeling at the time of the bath. The tools used (brushes, combs, tables and driers) are higher quality in order not to damage peeling during drying and of brushing, as well as the blades and scissors of which those are regularly sharpened in order to make beautiful cuts and not to damage their hair.
